Avocado makes everything taste better!
I actually never ate guacamole or avocados until a few years ago – have no idea why I averted them for so long! But first, my friend and I did level 3 of Jillian, and then I did 15 minutes of sprint/jog/walk. I earned my sticker! so filling! Altogether lunch comes in at 581 calories, 28 fat and 42 carbs (thanks to the delicious avocado!)...
