I hope every Mother is having a great day!   Tony and Hannah made me a delicious breakfast.  It started off with fresh coffee.  Tony ended up making a Mexican bake (not sure what else to call it!).  It had sliced potatoes, eggs, cheese, spicy chorizo sausage and salsa – and no mothers day breakfast would be complete without corned beef hash!  Hannah also sliced up some strawberries – so good!

They also gave me a gift certificate to our local salon, enough to get a manicure, pedicure and a hair cut AND a gift card to Victoria’s secret – looks like a shopping trip is in my near future!

I wanted to go to the New York deli restaurant for lunch, but they aren’t opened today.  Then I thought about a wood burning pizza place that I wanted to try, only to look it up and find out that the restaurant closed down!

So not sure what our plans are for the rest of the day, guess we’ll just have to see!
