Today I worked out by myself.   No one was in the gym so I did level 3 of the shred.  I tend to push myself more if I am in a group of people, and find that I can just “go through the motions” if I am by myself.  But you know what?  I probably pushed it harder today than I ever have!  

I decided since I took the time to do the workout, I may as well give it all I’ve got.  You can’t expect changes if you don’t push yourself.  After Jillian I ran/jogged for 20 minutes and it felt great!  Looking at myself in the mirror, I can still see how much farther I have to go, but then I have to remind myself that I am only on day 37!  And I got another sticker today! 😀

Lunch was leftover chicken parm, with a side salad.  I like this new dressing – if you have a Big Lots near you, check out their salad dressings – they are way cheap!

Thanks for all your dinner suggestions!!!  I am with my Mom that I will have a beer – they actually have a light microbrew that is really good.  I am still leaning towards the poblano burger, but only eating half, with a side of chef’s veggies instead of fries.  All told dinner will still be around 800 calories, but that only brings me to about 1700 for the day which is not bad at all!
