I actually never ate guacamole or avocados until a few years ago – have no idea why I averted them for so long!
But first, my friend and I did level 3 of Jillian, and then I did 15 minutes of sprint/jog/walk. I earned my sticker!
- 1 flatout wrap
- 3 ounces leftover grilled chicken from last night
- 2 ounces broccoli slaw
- .6 ounces cheddar cheese
- Salad was baby spinach
- radish
- cucumber
- broccoli slaw
- Annie’s Goddess dressing (my fav!)
So while this is kind of high in calories for lunch, I am right on track for the day – so far my meals come in at 31% of calories from fat, 38% protein and 41% from carbs.

Avocado is pretty awesome, espcially made into a spread in sandwiches. I know you like cheese – you should try mashing it with a little laughing cow and using it that way. It’s great!
Avos make everything good. Seriously. Nothing can go wrong with avo on it!
Mmmm avocado! I have recently been putting it on my salads and I can’t believe how much of a difference it makes! Healthy AND delicious, great combo 🙂

Yep, I pan fried it at work – mostly Pam with a splash of canola oil – so crispy!
I tried avocado’s once and didn’t like them and have avoided them ever since, maybe I should try them again.

Mm avacadoes are deliciuos. I like scooping them out and eating half with a little sprinkle of salt and pepper as a side to the meal.

I was the same with avocados, I think it was the texture that scared me off, but now I love em.
