I can’t believe we’ve made it 7 days in a row! And you know what? I can already feel a bit of a difference – the push ups aren’t as hard (even though I am still on my knees) and the cardio is getting a bit easier too. I may stick with level 1 advanced during the week and do level 2 on the weekends. ...
