This week’s meal plan theme is Asian! Sticky Asian meatballs, chicken lettuce wraps (or rice bowls), and savory shrimp fried rice are included in this meal plan. Blueberry cottage cheese scones and yogurt parfaits will keep you full in the morning to tackle anything ahead of you.

Blueberry Cottage Cheese Scones: Higher in protein but still a classic taste – give them a try! These are great on their own or with a side of fruit.
Yogurt Parfaits with Very Berry Sauce: When Greek Yogurt is something you keep on hand, these are an easy meal prep option that can be made however you like. The link will take you to my Very Berry Sauce which really takes parfaits up a notch!
Chicken Lettuce Wraps: This filling can be make to make lettuce wraps or rice/noodle bowls, or even egg rolls! It’s low point, very flavorful, and comes together in less than 20 minutes.
Shrimp Fried Rice: In case you didn’t know, we have a fried rice tutorial on our YouTube page! This recipe is Hannah’s version, but whichever recipe you use will be delicious. Another great way to use up any lingering veggies you might have, too!
Spicy Black Bean Soup: I would highly recommend either tortilla chips on the side, adding some cheese on top, or pairing this with a side sandwich because this soup is very low in points. It’s a little spicy, creamy, and also easy to put together.
Fried Chicken Legs: Fried chicken on WW?! YES! It’s not hard, I promise! Crunchy, crispy, golden delicious fried chicken legs should definitely be on your menu this week.
Asian Meatballs: Sticky sweet and savory, these are some of my favorite meatballs to make!
Mini Chicken Pot Pies: With the weather still not cooperating near us, these mini pot pies are sure to be the cozy meal we still need as we wait for warmer weather.
