What a difference a day makes
 
      
Having a big breakfast on the days I work the market has been key.  Still happy I never had to make a stop at the grocery store this week, and ended up making breakfast tacos.  I shredded some zucchini and scrambled that with egg whites and a bit of pepperoni and pepper jack cheese for the filling, then Pam fried them with kiwi and grapes...
