Note to Self: If you want to work out in the morning before work, you need to go to bed before midnight!
But I am working out at lunch today come hell or high water!
I confessed to Tony this morning that I kind of cheated – I had these low carb wraps in the fridge and I was dying for an egg sammie! Although, it’s not too bad – the wraps I have are La Tortilla Factor and only 80 calories and a whopping 14 grams of fiber! So my whole breakfast has a net of only 7 carbs.
Breakfast comes in at 341 calories, 21 fat, 29 protein, 21 carbs, 14 fiber (net 7 carbs).
I cannot wait for lunch – I made a South Beach friendly Taco Soup – you’ll have to come back at lunch for the recipe!

Mmmm, jalapenos . We’ve been using more peppers in our food, but we’ve never tried pickled jalapenos. Interesting!
oohh, I love me some egg wraps! In fact, twas dinner last night! YUMMY! As I put the Frank’s Red Hot on the eggs, totally thought of you! (Although I know you’re a tabasco fan!)
But I am starting to like Frank’s too! I use Frank’s to make the perfect hot wings 😀
