Of baked potato and steak!  My hashbrowns were so good yesterday, I just had to make them again – this time it took hardly no time since my potatoes were already baked.  I made an omelet out of 2 ounces diced leftover steak, 1/2 cup egg beaters, 1/2 ounce goat cheese, .25 jack cheese, 5.5 ounces potato and 1 tsp. canola oil.

I have to finish my grocery list and head out the door.  Hannah is working again today!  She wasn’t even on the schedule this weekend, but was asked to cover for someone who is sick – so her first week of work she’s worked 15 hours since Thursday!  She was so tired when she got home yesterday, and actually went to bed at 9:00 last night!   But she likes it so far, so that’s the most important thing!
