Okay, I am done being a crabapple! Today’s another day, right?! I get to eat my beloved corned beef with sauerkraut for dinner!!!
Before I got called back into work last night, I got one picture of the lasagne – it turned out really good!
Even Hannah liked it, and she doesn’t usually like sauce!
Breakfast this morning is a 2 ounce 7 grain roll, 1 ounce deli meat, 1/4 cup egg beaters, .5 swiss cheese. Breakfast only comes in at 253 calories, 6 fat and 31 carbs. I plan on having a yogurt and pear as a morning snack, as I don’t think this will hold me very long.
Time to get ready for work – I’ll see you at lunch!
