I finally cooked the turkey breast tonight.  I bought it over the weekend, and it kept on getting bumped to another day.  Just a simple dry rub on the grill.  It was bone in, so it took a bit longer AND I slightly overcooked it, but it was still tasty!

I never knew turkey breasts had the pop-up thingy like whole turkeys!

Dinner:

  • approximately 4 ounces turkey
  • approximately 3 ounces potatoes
  • 1 roll
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 ounce carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Annie’s Goddess dressing (LOVE THIS!)
  • red wine

I am not exactly sure what the calories were, but I had about 700 to spend before dinner, so I am not worried about it.

And I was driving home, one of my favorite trees on my trip home is almost in full swing.  So this is for all the people who don’t experience true fall!
