I had a work appointment at 9:00 that was 1/2 a mile from my gym – score!  I ended up running 29:00 minutes for 2.5 miles, then cooled down for 6 minutes.  Then did 5 minutes of abs on the ball, stretched and did 20 minutes of upper body strength training.  A nice 60 minute workout. ๐Ÿ˜€  I even had time to dry my hair...
