I took a 20 minute walk with Ed this morning – sunny blue skies! I took these pictures for my mother-in-law so she can see the leaves turning. We are not quite there yet, but close!
I wasn’t too hungry this morning, but I have snacks for later if I get hungry.
Breakfast:
- 1/2 jumbo english muffin
- 1.5 ounce sliced apples
- .6 ounces slice of Vermont extra sharp cheese (YUM!!)
This was only 168 calories, 6 fat, 2 fiber, 22 carbs and 7 protein!
I am going to try to run outside again today since its so nice out, and I know where my one mile turn around is! See you at lunch!

So jealous, the leaves aren’t change here. 🙁 However if I wanted to I could still lay out by the pool. 🙂
I miss the changing leaves! I moved to California from the east coast, where fall is so beautiful… here it’s much more subtle.
