Yes, I was able to put my 8th sticker on my calendar for doing Day 8 of 30 of Shred! Although my friend and I realized that we probably need to move to Level 2 already, considering we were able to talk to each other during the workout – but that just means we are getting stronger, right??!! 😀
Lunch was the second half of my spaghetti squash lasagne with some salad donated by my co-worker Cassie – she had this light cucumber ranch dressing that was amazing! I just added some fresh cucumber.
Biggest Loser Spoiler!
Can I just say that Sione looks amazing and is such an inspiration to his culture! I want to say 75% of his family is overweight, and he will be able to change a lot of lives – plus his kids are so darn cute!
But the fact that Helen was trying to get Lara to vote off Tara – are you kidding? Helen is just out for herself – once she chose to stay on the ranch over her daughter, I kind of lost respect for her then.
I hope Ron is the next to go – he seems to be too conniving and manipulative, and he’s bringing his son over with him. But if its really game play they are after, Mike should be the next voted off, as he’s almost lost the most weight of anyone in Biggest Loser history on the ranch.
Okay, afternoon break is over – come back tonight for Asian Marinated Flank Steak (ala Cooking Light) with Shrimp Stir Fry and Seared Garlic Green Beans!
I agree with you. Forget about Geneva. We have to reconcile with Sinhalese and Muslims bferoe power-sharing in Sri Lanka. I accept we have conflict among us but Indian made it worse in 1987 and now American making the situation lot more muddy.I will place my view soon. we are idiots chasing the mirage in intellectual Sahara desert.kind regards
Biz, I totaly agree about Helen on the Biggest Loser. Anyone that lets her kid go home becasue she says she needs it more needs some help herself and not with weight loss. I think I’d like Kristin to win as she has a really great attitude.
I love leftovers, especially when it involves cheese! I love my leftover lasagnas too! 😀
Hey! This is my 1st comment here so I just weatnd to give a quick shout out and tell you I really enjoy reading through your blog posts. Can you recommend any other blogs/websites/forums that cover the same topics? Thanks!
Time to face the music armed with this great iniramotfon.
[Chanting]: Le-vel-TWO! Le-vel-TWO! (I’ll do it if you will! 🙂 )
Your on!!
Congrats on completing day 8! That lunch looks fabulous – as always 😉 I’m not a loyal BL watcher, but I watched last night and I couldn’t agree with you more!
Dear Nadesan,I wish to know your opinion about the Jeneva deioscin. I think this situation has increased the diffrences between tamil and Singalese. But most of Tamil (About 99.9%) in jaffna believe that America should send their nato force against Singala rulers and economic embargo etc ..Bharthipan
Such a deep answer! GD&RVVF
I love it when leftovers taste better than the original!
May I ask what exercise program are you doing? Sounds like something I would enjoy. Congrats on day 8!
I couldn’t have said it better about BL.
My friends at work and I are doing 30 days of Jillian Michaels Shred. We each have our own copy, so during the week we do it together, on the weekend you are on your own!
Other than that, I walk the dog, I am starting to go back to the gym in the morning – I don’t really have a set “plan” per se, but my unannounced goal is to work out 60 minutes in total during each day.
Mmmm, lunch looks great!
I’m so glad I found my solution online.
Congrats on Day 8! How are you feeling so far?
Actually, pretty good, which is why its probably time to switch to Level 2 already!
I was really sore the first two days, but now, not so much.
It still amazes me how much of a workout I “feel’ in only 20 minutes!
to people in a forum held in Jaffna that If pocile powers are given to Tamil province now It will act as another para military. But what I commented was seriously criticized. The bloody elitist scoundrel living in Europe and USA wish to make another fight in Sri Lanka. Because their children will be never affected .Do you agree or not?Regards,Bharthipan
I could read a book about this without finding such real-world approaches!
What is it about the eyes (and touching them) that makes plpoee cringe? I’m not disagreeing with you in the least, just simply wondering if it’s because it’s such a vulnerable area?! I feel the same way about fingernails. For some reason I can not watch them being removed!
