This is going to be a quick post because I have to catch the train to go back to work this morning. I am hoping I’ll have time to pick up breakfast at Revival Food Hall – the couple times I’ve tried to go it’s been a madhouse, so we’ll see!

I’ve got a busy couple days ahead of me, so I am looking forward to getting bizzy in my kitchen on Sunday. I still miss the sounds of football in the background on Sunday’s, and Tony yelling at the Bears coaching staff like he did all the time.
And next week I am going to share my super quick recipe for creamy polenta with steak, sautéed mushrooms and a fried egg. I had this for brunch yesterday and this kept me full for hours! And this whole plate came in at just 11 smart points!
