Today’s breakfast is back to normal – my egg white sammie!
- 1 multigrain english muffin
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- .5 ounce chopped spinach
- 1.5 ounce chopped deli ham
- .7 ounce extra sharp cheddar
- 4 ounces Pam fried potatoes
Breakfast comes in at 424 calories, 12 fat, 32 protein, 50 carbs and 12 fiber!
My left arm has been hurting lately, so I suggested to my friend that we walk at lunch – since I think its supposed to be rainy the next few days. A 45 minute walk is on tap at lunch.
