Today’s breakfast is back to normal – my egg white sammie!

  • 1 multigrain english muffin
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • .5 ounce chopped spinach
  • 1.5 ounce chopped deli ham
  • .7 ounce extra sharp cheddar
  • 4 ounces Pam fried potatoes

My left arm has been hurting lately, so I suggested to my friend that we walk at lunch – since I think its supposed to be rainy the next few days.Ā  A 45 minute walk is on tap at lunch.
