Again, I had visions of exercise this morning, only to gently lean over and hit the snooze shut off the alarm! 

Maybe I should just DVR Conan so I get to bed earlier too?!  😀

So no exercise this morning – I’ll just have to make up for it later on today.

I forgot I had bought two packages of Thomas’ multigrain english muffins so an egg sammie was in order.  I didn’t have any egg whites at home, so it was 1 egg, handful of spinach, 1/2 ounce of 75% reduced fat cheddar.  It was flat and boring.  Then I remembered I had a container of egg whites at work and that saved the day!

And I had a bunch of the best red grapes I’ve probably ever had – so fresh!

We have a client in our office today, so not sure when I’ll work out in case I have to do a lunch run – come on back for chicken tostadas and southwestern vegetable soup!
