Hannah had to work later this afternoon so we took two cars to lunch today so she could go straight to work. We went to our local Wings place and I forgot to bring my camera! Maybe that’s why I decided on these instead of the low cal plate I normally get!
I did have the smaller lunch special size though, so I had 5 boneless wings with hot sauce and only about 5 fries – and I drank water! Lunch comes in right around 500 calories, 22 fat and 42 carbs.
Then Tony and I went to the store – I did great menu/shopping wise – we only spent $87 dollars this week!
Menu for the Week
Sunday – Sirloin steak with blue cheese sauce, baked potatoes and green beans
Monday – Grilled Chile (for me!) Burgers and Beer Battered Onion Rings (for Tony and Hannah)
Tuesday- Teriyaki chicken skewers, shrimp fried rice and egg rolls
Wednesday – Corn Chowder and Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Thursday – Cheese Ravioli with Meatballs and Spinach Salad
Friday – softball night, so not sure!

While the sauce is simmering, I have to get in Day 26 of 30 day shred. Come on back tonight for Sirloin Steak with Mushroom Blue Cheese Sauce, Baked Potatoes and Green Beans!
