My co-worker couldn’t work out until later today, so I split up my lunch! First round – 1/2 cup of red pepper soup and 1 slice of low carb rye bread with 1/2 tsp. smart balance butter:
In between lunch 1 and lunch 2 was day 17 of 30 day shred! After that I did 10 minute cool down on the treadmill while watching Bobby Flay do a meatball throw down – they looked so good! I know, I am crazy for watching FoodTV while I work out!
Lunch was 1 slice of low carb rye, 1 ounce of ham, 1/2 ounce of low fat swiss, 1 serving (its a lot!) of baked cheetos, and a mixed green salad with balsamic dressing.
So I know tonight is usually Pizza Party Friday, but it is 68 degrees out right now!!! It screams bringing the patio chairs out of hybernation and beer can chicken on the Weber. That means I’ll have to buy beer! 😀 Has anyone tried the 64 calorie beer? I just wondered it it was really watered down or if it was good.
Okay, afternoon break is over – only a couple more hours to go! 😀 😀 See you tonight after the BBQ!

I used to watch Food Network while I worked out too, Bobby Flay was always my favorite, ah, I miss TV!
I love your blog! To answer your question I really like the MGD64, but I am a fan of pretty much any light beer. My mom doesn’t like it as much as like Corona light or Sam Adams light.
The beer, I personally haven’t tried it but a woman I know drinks it and she likes it. Sorry, I’m not much help! Hope you have a great BBQ tonight – the weather is gorgeous!
