Thanks for all your comments on my giveaway so far!  I know so many people are starting to love the greek yogurt and $40 of coupons should go a long way!

Today’s lunch was leftover Clean Eating Mac N Cheese with the Roasted Red Pepper Soup, cucumbers with FF ranch and 1/2 cup sliced apples left over from an office meeting.

The noodles actually got cold pretty quickly and my soup was too hot, so I ended up tossing the noodles in the soup - so good!!

 Lunch comes in at 456 calories, 6 grams of fat, 80 carbs (kinda high but worth it after Jillian’s 30-day shred at lunch!), 21 protein and 6.6 fiber.

Speaking of Jillian, my co-workers, Cassie and Renee and I plan to do the 30-day shred ALL 30 DAYS!  We can do this ladies!  My inspiration is actually Meghann – she is super fit, training for a marathon for goodness sakes and has even done a Jillian video that is 60 minutes long! 

I am sure the three of us will be ready for level three by the end of next week! 😀
