As I was driving home from the hospital, I was trying to figure out what to make for dinner. I called Hannah and asked what she felt like, but she couldn’t think of anything. Then I remembered that I still had Pork BBQ in the freezer! And I knew I had potatoes in the pantry, so oven fries was the perfect match. Seriously, these oven fries have yet to disappoint!

Not sure how many calories tonights dinner was, but in my head I had about 700 calories to spend, so I am going to call it even!
We’ll see how the weather unfolds to determine my day tomorrow. Can I just repeat that I have already put our snow blower away for the season! Off to catch up on some stuff that I DVR’d that Tony doesn’t watch. Sleep tight Tony! I love you more every day and I think that beard you are sporting right now is sexy! 😀
