It felt so good to work out today!! I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 5 minutes of abs. I didn’t cough at all! It helped that I had Cooking Light to read because my iPod was out of juice.
So I wasn’t VERY hungry after we got back, but I knew I couldn’t wait until dinner, so a made a snack lunch = snunch!
So I made my Crusty Bread before working out and it was ready to go when I got back. Mom, here’s how it looks after its risen for 2 hours.
In my previous post, Mom stated she wanted cheese bread! This recipe makes 4 loaves of bread, but I ended up making two cheese loaves and used the rest for our pizza! You didn’t think I could go a whole week without pizza, did you?! 😀
Of course, after 5 minutes of resting, I had to cut into ours!
So my pizza tonight: 5 ounces of dough, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, red pepper, orange pepper, mushroom, black olive, 1 ounce sausage, .5 ounce pepperoni AND 1.5 ounces mozzarella cheese:
Hope everyone had a great Saturday! Hannah and I are meeting my mom for lunch at Sweet Tomatoes tomorrow. We haven’t seen her in ages! Stop on back tomorrow for the First Day of the Month Giveaway! It’s gonna be a good one!
Oooh cheesy bread! And pizza! I could spend the rest of the afternoon drooling over the pictures!
The bread looks delicious!

Oh. My. Gosh. That cheesebread looks DIVINE. Ditto to the pizza.
By the way, I love your word snunch! Now I have a way to describe that event, since it’s a pretty common phenomenon 🙂
I love the word “snuch” – very cute!!
Reading your blog has spurred me to go ahead and buy a kitchen scale – am going to do that this morning. Because I’m realizing it is the ONLY way to enjoy such incredibly delicious food and still stay within calorie limits. You’re such an inspiration!

Haha–I love to read or think about food when I’m at the gym, too. People think I’m nuts when I tell them that I think about food when I run. Well, I need some motivation!!
