Bacon Avocado Laughing Cow Cheese Burger Sliders! = YUM!!!
So Hannah and I decided we would have sliders, but she had onions, I did not! The first thing I did was make the guacamole – I saw this mix next to the guacamole for $1 and decided to give it a try:
I gave Tony a bite of it and he’s like “what is spicy in this!” Since it was a mix, I had no idea, and then looked and saw that jalapeno pepper was 5th on the ingredient list! So I went light on his burger!
I don’t know if your grocery store has a meat clearance section, but whenever I go to the market I check it out. I ended up getting this for .99 cents!
So my plate:
- 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese
- 3 ounces cooked ground beef
- 3 refrigerator biscuits (50 cal each)
- 2 tablespoons guacamole
- 1 slice cooked bacon
- 2 ounces oven fries
So I have DVR’s Biggest Loser, I’ll watch that later, and may decide to watch tonight and tomorrow nights episodes back to back. Off to watch Chopped on FoodTV. Yes, apparently every aspect of my life revolves around food! Hope everyone had a good night – see you tomorrow!
Your sliders look sooooooo good! I love the guacamole on them.
BTW, I have an award for you on my blog.

Yummy! I love baby burgers
My family has sliders all the time, but I would never think to make them like this, DELICIOUS! I’m definitely giving this a try next time!
I love sliders. Something about those little burgers that make me feel good. Until I eat three of them ! Had sliders the other night that were great!
I love things that are mini – they’re so much cuter 🙂
Bacon Guacamole burgers!!! Love!
The sliders look great, especially with the jalapeno guacamole.

You won the PB2 Giveaway on my blog!
I liveblogged Biggest Loser tonight and am excited to watch the 2nd half tomorrow night! Those sliders look insanely delicious.
It all looks so good. I love guacamole. Where do you find 50 calorie biscuts. They look really good for 50 calories.
Hey Jessica – they are Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits – a serving size is 3 biscuites for 150 calores, 2 fat and 29 carbs.
What a DELISH combo of flavors! Oh goodness, I feel hungry for dinner all over again.
Those look amazing! I am in lust over your dinner tongiht! 🙂
Another tip for the guacamole not turning brown is to put the pits of the avacado back in there. Apparently, as long as their pits are with them, they won’t turn brown! Found that out at a party once, when my chip hit something hard. I asked the hostess and that was the surprising answer!!
I love the green! So colorful! I need to get some avocado!! =D
These baby burgers look so darn cute and extremely yummy!!
