when I put my lunch together this morning. I had two low carb wraps (50 cal each) two fat free hot dogs (40 calories each), sauerkraut for the dogs, cucumbers, carrots, peppers and a wedge of light laughing cow cheese. When I put it all in calorieking.com it only came out to 285 calories! Definitely not enough, so I went to the cafe in the next building and got a cup of cream of tomato soup (approx. 210 calories) to round out my lunch.
So I am still trying to figure out what recipe I am going to do for this weeks BSI recipe contest. The ingredient is kale, which I am not too fond of (made kale chips that didn’t work out to well!) so I am thinking I am going to “hide” it in a bean soup with the beans I got yesterday.
I have 30 minutes of my lunch break left and am off to blog read – so many blogs, so little time! Come back tonight for grilled chicken breast sandwiches with bacon and swiss and oven fries!
