It’s funny when you think 45 degrees is balmy! I walked outside in a t-shirt to get the paper and it felt like summer! I am just glad all the dirty snow is melting, it looks so gross outside now.
I started my morning with a big cup of coffee.
Then I pan fried some potatoes:
And a fried egg with diced red pepper and 1/2 ounce of pepper jack cheese:
And some sliced strawberries:
So other than the usual cleaning and laundry, we are going out to lunch today! I also am going to take Ed (our dog) on a walk on the trail – its been too long – maybe November the last time I took him?

The sun has come out here today at last. Hopefully it’ll melt all the snow, although it is forcast to snow tomorrow. Who know’s what the weather will bring.
