Okay, so I decided to do my jumping jacks during the second half of the Biggest Loser Show tonight. The first commercial didn’t come on until 8:10. Guess how many minutes of commercials until the end of the show?
Yep, 19:07 minutes! I went on several sites, and the average calories burned for my weight was 213 calories!
So I ended up getting in 35 minutes treadmill workout, 5 minutes stretching and 19:07 minutes of jumping jacks!
Looking forward to see how the people who went home tonight on biggest loser do! They are in the same boat we are rowing to the finish line! See you tomorrow!

I never thought about doing exercise during the commercials!! I need to start watching more TV. HA!! This is a good idea and use of time. You are very inspirational!
That’s great! Jumping jacks are such a handy exercise. i really like MOVING during commercials if I’m watching tv, waiting for the kettle to boil, etc etc. There’s so many short periods of waiting time during the day that its actually quite easy to get in a decent workout!
wanna know something funny? I NEVER watch t.v. Carlos and I might watch a movie on the weeknds but we come home and turn our laptops on and play around on the computer until bedtime. However, after reading your post, I almost want to turn the tv on just so I can do jumping jacks during the commercials! HAHA – thanks for the jumping jacks encouragement!
