It was 35 degrees this morning on my walk with Ed.  I had to pull out a hat and gloves for the walk this morning!  It was so beautiful, sun was shining.  I was only going to go about half an hour, but when I got home I realized we’d walked 45 minutes!

Thank goodness I am low maintenance and still able to get everything done, i.e. finish putting my lunch together, etc. 

Breakfast:

  • 6 ounces Fage 0%
  • 3 ounces sliced strawberries
  • .25 Trader Joe’s Twig cereal
  • 3 ounces steak
  • 1 egg
  • .5 swiss cheese
453 calories, 15 fat, 4.4 fiber, 22 carbs, 54 protein!

With 54 grams of protein, this should stick with me for a long time!   Which is good because I have Jillian’s circuit to do at lunch today.
