Okay, quick post, my lunch break is almost over!

I did the Jillian workout today in record time – 35 minutes!  I only stopped once in between the circuits.  I considered it my last chance workout since Biggest Loser is on tonight!  Then I did 5 solid minutes of stretching – it feels great!

I brought a southwest seasoned chicken breast that was stuffed with jalapeno peppers.  Well, when I added that and my spinach salad to calorieking.com, my lunch was only 280 calories!   Definitely not enough, so I cut up my chicken and added my stir fry veggies from yesterday and now have a much more filling lunch!

434 calories, 11 fat, 40 carbs (with a big glass of water!)

And I really didn’t taste the southwest seasoning after I added the korean bbq sauce, but I loved the kicks of jalapeno in every other bite!
