I have exactly 7 minutes left on my lunch break! Type fast, type fast!
Lunch
- 3 ounces raw shrimp
- 1 cup broccoli slaw
- 1 cup broccoli/cabbage/carrot mix
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 package ramen noodles (just noodles, not packet)
I had it with Pomegranate green tea – yum!
Today’s workout I did sprints on the treadmill (while watching Rachael Ray make blue cheese stuffed meatballs!):
- 5 minute warm-up
- 3 minutes at 4.5 mph
- 2 minutes 5 mph
- 3 minutes 4.5 mph
- 2 minutes 5.5 mph
- 3 minutes 4.5 mph
- 2 minutes 6.0 mph
- 3 minutes 4.5 mph
- 2 minutes 6.0 mph
- 3 minutes 4.5 mph
- 2 minutes 6.5 mph
- 3 minutes 4.5 mph
- 1 minute 7.5 mph!!!
- 1 minute 4.5 mph
- 5 minute cool down
I feel bad about not taking Ed on a walk this morning, so I’ll probably walk him 20-30 minutes tonight. See you after dinner!
