So my brothers friend John from www.alcoholian.com gave me a recipe for braised short ribs.  As my brother says “he is the best amateur cook I know.”  Please link to his site to get the full recipe, he deserves all the credit!

As I was putting this together, Hannah came up and said “I almost vomited in my mouth.”  She doesn’t appreciate the finer things in life yet!
