Okay, so I forgot my Jillian cheat sheet when I went down to work out.  Didn’t realize it until I was already changed.  So I just mixed it up!

  • 5 minute warm up on elliptical
  • 1 x 45 pushups against the wall
  • 1 x 45 crunches
  • 1 x 45 back extensions
  • 1 x 45 triceps
  • 1 x 45 quads
  • 1 x 45 hamstrings
  • 1 x 45 dumbbell chest press
  • 1 x 45 sumo squats
  • 1 x 45 jumping jacks
  • (left that damn jump rope out!)
  • 10 minute run on treadmill
  • 5 minute cool down

Leftover lunch:

  • 2 ounces taco chicken
  • jalapeno
  • .5 ounce cheddar cheese
  • red cabbage
  • lettuce
  • side salad
  • 2 tablespoons fat free ranch
  • taco soup (I still have FOUR MORE IN THE FREEZER!)

349 calories, 12 fat, 31 carbs, 8 fiber, 30 protein

Kind of light on my breakfast and lunch since we are having braised beef short ribs for dinner – yum!   I’ll have dinner pictures!  See you then.
