Stuffed zucchini is what I have for lunch today. When my family looked at it last night, they thought it looked gross. But it is SO GOOD! I stuffed it with 3 ounces of leftover hamburger from last night, put about 4 ounces of marinara sauce and 1 ounce of fresh mozzarella on top and baked at 375 for 35 minutes. Reheated at work for 2 minutes.

Maybe this is the part they didn’t like!
Horray for Tom and L.T. who got sent home and are doing so well! L.T. lost 80 pounds and Tom has lost 60 pounds in four months. What a difference to their whole overweight family because of this experience.
Biggest pet peeve though – is the “commercials” layered into their dialogue.
“I’m not sure what type of Jennie-O turkey to get, there are so many!”
“I love chewing Extra sugar free gum while cooking!”
“Subway is the best way to get the calories you need to work out!”
Oh well, it just seems more obvious this season than in previous seasons.
The road trip next week looks interesting though!
