Okay, so I decided to do my jumping jacks during the second half of the Biggest Loser Show tonight.  The first commercial didn’t come on until 8:10.  Guess how many minutes of commercials until the end of the show? Yep,  19:07 minutes!  I went on several sites, and the average calories burned for my weight was 213 calories! So I ended up getting in 35 minutes...
