I am working through lunch, just taking a break to actually shovel the food into my mouth, which is a shame to eat so fast because it is delicious!
- 3 ounces cooked shrimp (cooked with 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning)
- 3 ounces sauteed green peppers
- 1 slice of provolone (split between 2 tacos)
- fresh cilantro
- lime juice
- cucumbers
- carrots
- light jalapeno ranch dressing
These were so light – love the combination of cilantro and lime on anything!Ā On the side were my veggies:
Lunch comes in at 365 calories, 12 fat, 26 protein, 38 carbs and 6 fiber.Ā Ā
I have to get some exercise in somehow today – maybe on my way home from work, or maybe Hannah and I can take a walk – looks like it may rain though! š
Back to the grind – come back tonight for Grilled Steak and Chimmichuri (sp?) Sauce.
I love Salsa Ranch, but haven’t tried Jalapeno – bet that’d be tasty! I’ll have to give shrimp another go – not much of a fishy/seafood kinda gal, but trying!

Looks like a lovely healthy lunch. I hate trying to convince myself exercise when it’s raining and even worse when cold and raining!!!

My friend bought it for me – I think she said its Hidden Valley Ranch and its at any regular grocery store. š It’s spicy good!
