I always thought it would be nice to have a small bakery or diner. Something where the menu and items changed on a regular basis maybe according to my mood. ðŸ™‚ I also LOVE to come up with party themes/decor. I can’t believe so many who rsvp didn’t make it. Looks like an amazing time. I sent you a DM about a week ago not sure if you got it. I know your Insta app was down for a bit. Don’t they realize who you are and how many questions etc. you get daily?

Congrats Kym!  Shoot me your address at mybizzykitchen@gmail.com and I’ll get it out to you.

I’ve been loving Beatrix Market as my go to for breakfast when I haven’t done a full weeks grocery shop.  I’ve literally walked by this place for two years, not knowing what it was because it’s in the lobby of a building on my walk from the train station to my office.

I got scrambled eggs, and topped it with black beans, cheddar cheese, bacon, and roasted red pepper, with a chicken sausage and the most buttery breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had.  The cost?  $4.73 – it’s like a giant salad bar and in the mornings they have a breakfast bar – it’s sold by the pound.

Last time I checked, you can’t buy McDonald’s for that price!

Jenn and I went to Ross on lunch – fashion show at lunch!  I have a two day video shoot (I’ll talk about that on Friday!) and I didn’t have a lot of wardrobe to choose from that didn’t have super busy patterns.  They wanted neutral clothing.

Lunch was more of Jacob’s soup – we literally ate the whole pot of soup in a day and a half.  It’s made with beef short ribs – Hannah loosely wrote down what he was doing, and I hope to form that into some sort of recipe soon for you guys.  It’s so good – a hug in a bowl.

It was Jacob’s grandpas birthday last night, so the roommates went out to celebrate.  I had too much to put together, so I made this quick french bread.  Gotta love the discount rack at Walmart – I got a whole giant loaf of bread for .36 cents.

This my friends, may soon replace my beloved smoky jalapeno as my favorite Alouette cheese.  Parmesan and basil #swoon

I still had leftovers from Formento’s, so used some of the proscuitto and micro greens to top on the pizza when it came out of the air fryer.

I scooped out some of the bread in the middle so the two slices equaled 3 ounces (5).  Then used some of the Parmesan and basil Alouette (20 grams or 2 points) and pizza sauce for the base, added one ounce of leftover burrata (2) and Trader Joe’s lite mozzarella (1), and baked it in my air fryer for 8 minutes at 360.  Then topped it with the chopped proscuitto (1) and greens.  So good!

I got home last night, and Hannah and Jacob were headed over to his Dad’s for a little bit.  I told Hannah that I needed to send photos to the executive producer and she said she’d help me when they got back.

But they stayed out longer than they thought, so I threw these pictures on Instagram and got everyones opinion – it’s nice to have that instant feedback!

This outfit got an overwhelming thumbs up!  It was the outfit I was most worried about!

The last photo shoot I had they put me in red, and that is such a bold color for me, but I really love that top.

I got those born wedges for $4.99 at Goodwill – score!  And I have a lighter sandal to go with the white pants if needed.

I was a bit anxiety ridden last night because I really wanted Hannah’s opinion, but in the end, I know it’s all going to be alright.  It is what it is – I brought everything and hopefully the styling staff can put something together with what I bring.

Alright, my train is pulling into the station – make it a great day!
