Wow, what a whirlwind couple weeks!  From going back to Virginia, to Michigan and then to Denver, it kind of feels like a Monday, not Friday!  I didn’t get home until 10:30 last night and after talking to Hannah and Jacob, then unpacking and going to bed, I didn’t even download the last of my pictures from yesterday.  I got to taste test sauces for beef yesterday and as I was sitting there I was thinking “now that’s a job I’d love to do every day!”  Come into work, throw on a Chef’s jacket and just recipe develop all day long?  #dreamjob

But today, back to reality.  I can’t wait to share everything I learned with you guys next week – we’ll all be beef experts!
