Thanks to everyone who participated in this weeks BSI contest!  There are several that I have already put in my “must make soon” pile!

In no particular order:

Sara of Cupcake Muffin made Lemon Cranberry Muffins.  I imagine the lemon glaze makes this muffin!

Debbi Does Dinner Healthy made Sweet and Chunky Chicken Salad.  I am not a huge fan of chicken salad because of the mayo, but since there is only 1/4 cup mayo in the whole dish, I’d probably like this one!

The Big Red Pot made Grilled BBQ Chicken with a Twist.  I love that she coated the chicken in yogurt! (and that I miss grilling so much this time of year!)

Nutmeg Notebook made Cranberry Scones.  Love that she added orange zest for an extra zing!

Recipe Rhapsody made Chocolate Chip Banana Bread.  Perfect way to use up the bananas sitting on your counter, and I love that she used artificial sweetener!  Um, turns out we both have the sugars! (i.e. diabetes!)

Dana’s Food for Thought made a Banana Nut Yogurt Parfait – that’s one that Hannah will love!

Chaya’s Comfy Cook Blog made a delicious looking Fruit Smoothie.

Pubsgal Eats made a Spicy Yogurt Veggie Dip.   So simple yet delicious!

Dave from My Year on the Grill made a Tale of Two Chicken Sandwiches.  How lucky is his wife Jackie for getting these sammies in her lunch!

Sophia of Burp and Slurp – Yogurt Cranberry Bread.  Love the steam coming up in the photos – I mean seriously, who can wait to slice fresh baked bread?!

Helen made Chicken Shawarma – its on my list of things to make because I love the flavor profile, but I hope she won’t be upset when I add some sriracha hot sauce to mine! (and I stole this picture off of google since she didn’t have one!)

The Taste Space made a Healthy Cinnamon Granola with Almonds, Cranberries and Dates – I love granola – can’t wait to try this one!

And I made a lightened version of Chicken Tikka Masala:

I hope I got all the entries!  Please email me at mybizzykitchen@gmail.com if I missed your entry!

And the winner is. . . . Veronica of Recipe Rhapsody! Her chocolate chip bread reminds me of a pumpkin chocolate chip cake my Dad used to make.  I think the recipe called for 1 1/2 cups of oil, but it was always so moist and delicious.  The first time I made it for Tony and my step-son, they could not stand the pumpkin/chocolate chip combo – WTF?!

I’ll be sending you a small price pack in the mail – please email me your address at mybizzykitchen@gmail.com.  😀

Next host is . . . Dana of Food for Thought.   Check out her blog post tomorrow for the next Secret Ingredient!

GO BEARS!
