I am now in Hilton Head, SC. My aunt wouldn’t think of me staying in a hotel, so I am in a house my cousin rented, which is four doors down – nice! It’s hot! No time to post, will download pictures for the morning and recap my trip. So far so good! Oh, and Hannah’s having a great time in Germany so far too!

Love Hilton Head! I discovered the Silver Palate Cookbook there. Found it in a little gift shop, purchased it, went out on their front porch to sit in a rocker and read it. It became one of (still is) my favorite cookbooks. Wonderful place, terrible climate! We used to live in Charleston–also a terrible climate but wonderful place.
