The roast was delicious last night and all I used was Weber brand “Gourmet Burger” blend on the outside.  It cooked on the Weber in indirect heat and took about 90 minutes to get to rare – this roast was almost 6 pounds!

My pedicure yesterday was so relaxing – and they have a special going on this summer – 15 minutes of Eucalyptus aroma therapy, 60 minute facial AND eye brow wax for $50!!  I have $36 left on my gift card so I plan on doing that in the near future – what a deal!

Here’s one wierd thing about me – my right foot is a size and a half bigger than the other one!

This morning was a quick ham wrap – 1.5 ounces ham, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup egg beaters and 1 ounce of pepper jack.
