So happy today is Friday because not only is it gorgeous outside, we get to wear jeans to work during the summer months – nice!

It’s the end of the week, my beloved baby spinach is all gone, so is my zucchini, but then I saw that I had some broccoli slaw so I decided to add that to my egg to bulk it up!

I also finished my 75% reduced fat cheddar cheese, but I found that I still had dill havarti – love this cheese!  I sliced up one ounce – I put my sammie together at work and for some reason the cheese didn’t melt at all – but it tasted amazing!

We were all out of fruit too – but Tony picked up some when he went to the store – some pears and peaches, which weren’t ripe yet, so I grabbed the Cameo apple – I used to think Fuji apples were my favorite, but I think these apples might be my #1!

Hannah doesn’t have to work until tonight, so she’s picking me up for lunch today!  It’s a place that has like a 10 page menu – everything from chinese, ribs, panini’s, salads – keep your fingers crossed that I make a healthy choice – turns out they have the best tater tots! 😀
