are the hardest day of the week for me to get up!   I guess it doesn’t help that I slept in until 10:00 yesterday morning! 

I stocked up on my baby spinach and egg whites, and still had some multigrain english muffins so I give you yet another egg sammie!

When my mom and I were at the Fresh Market yesterday, I talked her into getting a container of Fage – she asked “what is so great about this yogurt?”  It’s so hard to explain the thick texture and creaminess – I am curious to see what she thinks!

I was originally going to add 1/3 cup no sugar added apple pie filling (only 30 calories and 7 grams of carbs!) but I must have left it on the counter - all I had at work was a banana, so that filled in

Breakfast comes in at 379 calories, 4.1 fat and 48 carbs – and 11.2 fiber! 😀

My last two weekends I have not done any exercising, and I never seem to drink enough water either.  Gotta get back on track today!

Goals for the work week:

  • 8 glasses of water each day
  • minimum of 45 minutes of exercise each day
