I had every intention of using the gas grill, but apparently we are out of gas. So on to plan B! I got the Weber going, and this time used the right amount of coals – maybe a bit too much!
My friend Renee gave me this loaf of bread and I finally baked it tonight – I maybe should have mentioned to Tony that it was JALAPENO bread! Oops! Hannah and I loved it – just baked it for 12 minutes at 375.

Dinner comes in at 541 calories, 8 grams of fat, 43 protein, 73 carbs and 3.6 fiber. To work off the beer, Hannah and I took Ed on a 30 minute walk after dinner.

So excited for tomorrow – Hannah has one last final then she is done with her junior year! I am taking a half day and we are going out to lunch, to thrift stores and to the mall – hooray for half days!
