I had every intention of using the gas grill, but apparently we are out of gas. So on to plan B! I got the Weber going, and this time used the right amount of coals – maybe a bit too much!
My friend Renee gave me this loaf of bread and I finally baked it tonight – I maybe should have mentioned to Tony that it was JALAPENO bread! Oops! Hannah and I loved it – just baked it for 12 minutes at 375.
Dinner comes in at 541 calories, 8 grams of fat, 43 protein, 73 carbs and 3.6 fiber. To work off the beer, Hannah and I took Ed on a 30 minute walk after dinner.
Stats for the Day
- 1567 calories (thanks to my 150 calorie beer!)
- 30 grams of fat
- 124 grams of protein
- 179 grams of carbs
- 26 grams of fiber – nice!
- 20 minute shred Level 1
- 10 minute sprint/walk after shred

So excited for tomorrow – Hannah has one last final then she is done with her junior year! I am taking a half day and we are going out to lunch, to thrift stores and to the mall – hooray for half days!
Off to finish clean the kitchen and snuggle with Tony as usual! See you tomorrow!
