I had to use Tony’s laptop last night because of the storms. Our home computer has my MasterCook software on it, so I used calorieking.com to figure out my lasagna calories:
10 oz Vegetables, Fresh: Squash, winter, spaghetti, boiled or baked, no salt added
2 serving, 1/2 cup (4.4 oz)Del Monte: Pasta Sauces: Spaghetti, with Meat
4 oz Vegetables, Fresh: Squash, summer, zucchini, raw, edible portion
8 oz Cottage Cheese: Creamy, 4% Milk Fat (Breakstone’s)
2 serving, 1/4 cup (1.8 oz Naturegg: Eggs: Liquid Eggs, Simply Egg Whites
2 sheets Whole Wheat Egg Lasagna Noodles
1 serving (1 oz) Cheese: Mozzarella, part skim milk
6 oz Grains: Quinoa, cooked w. water
So my friend Renee and I (whom I shared this with!) had to decide whether we wanted to make this two servings for 450 calories, or four servings – we opted for the smaller serving and had a mixed salad on the side.
We ended up doing Level 1 at lunch – its only been a week since we did it last and boy was it hard! We were sweating bullets by the end!
Afternoon break is up – come back tonight for Classic Chicken Parmesan!
