I think its a taco soup I made with refried beans.  This one definitely has been in the deep freeze too long!   It kind of tasted like hot dish water – not that I know what that tastes like, but you get the idea!

On to plan B.  I went down to the cafe and had every intention of getting a salad, until I saw the sign that said that today’s special was Italian Beef:

The bread on top was kind of dry, but I ate all the beef (very tender!) 1/4 of the bread that was soggy with au juis with baked doritos on the side

I made this bread dough this morning to make either homemade pizza or calzones for dinner – haven’t decided which yet!  Hopefully my family is up to Pizza Party Friday because my softball game isn’t until 9:05 tonight!   And I am happy that Hannah will make it – she works til 8:30 so it will be close!

Afternoon break is over – here’s good thoughts that they let us out early for the long weekend! 😀
