Tony bought me bagels for our Mother’s Day breakfast, but I had plenty on my plate with his Mexican bake so I passed.  OMG, these are so good!

Breakfast comes in at 361 calories, 8 grams of fat and 41 carbs.  Of course, the cheese also makes this sammie – if you haven’t looked for it yet, seek out Cabot brand 75% reduced fat cheddar cheese – the taste is so flavorful so you don’t think you are eating a reduced fat cheese – and only 60 calories per ounce!  And it melts really well too!

I am so excited for Biggest Loser finale tonight!  My prediction is that Mike is going to be the Biggest Loser – who do you think will win?   But the part I am most looking forward to is the people who were voted off early to see if they were able to lose the weight at home – which is the more realistic part of the whole show.
