Whew, today was just non-stop, but at least I got some good overtime in! 😀 I ended up eating lunch at my desk while I continued to work, so no shred with my co-workers today. 🙁
Lunch was a grilled chicken caesar salad, 1 cup chicken noodle soup and 1/2 medium banana dipped in PB2. This kept me full for a LONG time!
![p5040006 This is from the rosemary garlic chicken I did over the weekend - I made soup out of it - so good!](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040006.jpg)
![p5040007 I haven't had peanut butter and banana in ages!](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040007.jpg)
I decided to make myself an afternoon snack – its my favorite – 1/2 packet of sugar free cocoa mix, coffee, 2 containers of half and half and whipped cream! We usually have whip cream in our office fridge left over from birthday celebrations. I also found some ice cream sprinkles!
![p5040008 Only 65 calories!](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040008.jpg)
Hannah and I had Trader Joe’s orange chicken and we had stirfry veggies and I added 1/2 cup cooked white rice and 2 tablespoons szechwan sauce.
![p5040019 This whole bowl comes in at 483 calories, 12 fat and 63 carbs](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040019.jpg)
Tony is not a fan of Asian night, so I made him meatloaf:
![p50300012 bacon wrapped of course!](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p50300012.jpg)
![p5040015 I finish it off under the broiler to crisp up the bacon](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040015.jpg)
So Hannah is getting her hair cut tonight!!
![p5040011 She's hoping its enough for Locks of Love - she may go as short as chin length!!](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040011.jpg)
UPDATE: SHE’S HOME!
![p5040027 it was long enough for locks of love!](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040027.jpg)
![p5040028 So cute! It looks really healthy now too!](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040028.jpg)
![p5040031 She loves it! It makes her look so much older too! :D](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040031.jpg)
To kill time before her appointment, we took Ed on a 30 minute walk since I didn’t get any other exercise in today. The river is still really high!
![p5040020 can't even see the beach!](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040020.jpg)
![p5040023 I thought this was a cool pic - you can never have too many pictures of trees!](http://biz319.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/p5040023.jpg)

Any tips before I get started? Was there any equipment needed?
I’ve been a ballet dancer since age 3 so I view exercise as an extension of my training. I love ballet and crosstraining is a must that I rarely have to drag myself through. It’s all about thinking like an athlete!
