Whew, today was just non-stop, but at least I got some good overtime in! 😀 I ended up eating lunch at my desk while I continued to work, so no shred with my co-workers today. 🙁
Lunch was a grilled chicken caesar salad, 1 cup chicken noodle soup and 1/2 medium banana dipped in PB2. This kept me full for a LONG time!

I decided to make myself an afternoon snack – its my favorite – 1/2 packet of sugar free cocoa mix, coffee, 2 containers of half and half and whipped cream! We usually have whip cream in our office fridge left over from birthday celebrations. I also found some ice cream sprinkles!

Hannah and I had Trader Joe’s orange chicken and we had stirfry veggies and I added 1/2 cup cooked white rice and 2 tablespoons szechwan sauce.

Tony is not a fan of Asian night, so I made him meatloaf:

So Hannah is getting her hair cut tonight!!

UPDATE: SHE’S HOME!

To kill time before her appointment, we took Ed on a 30 minute walk since I didn’t get any other exercise in today. The river is still really high!

CONGRATULATIONS EMILY!
Hey sweetie!
This result is awesome. I actually just ordered the shred for my birthday gift to self.
Any tips before I get started? Was there any equipment needed?
I’ve been a ballet dancer since age 3 so I view exercise as an extension of my training. I love ballet and crosstraining is a must that I rarely have to drag myself through. It’s all about thinking like an athlete!
