Day two of my Jillian eats has me eating eggs for breakfast! I did switch it up though. They called for turkey bacon, I used canadian bacon, and it called for diced scallions in the eggs (GROSS!) and of course I added my beloved spinach! I also kicked in .5 ounce of cheddar cheese – you know, just to hold it all together! 😀
- 1 small whole wheat pita
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
- 1 ounce canadian bacon
- 1 medium apple
- 392 calories, 14 fat, 35 carbs
- 31% calories from fat
- 32% calories from protein
- 36% calories from carbs
So last night I ended up doing a Jillian circuit in front of the t.v. for 20 minutes – push-ups, crunches, triceps, biceps, etc. Tony accused me of “cheating!” After I was done he said “you aren’t sweating like you normally are after doing level 12 of Jillian!”
I have an eye doctor appointment later this afternoon, so my lunch break is going to be spent doing that – I am almost out of contacts and my prescription expired last month. I plan on doing Jillian’s shred as soon as I get home, then squeeze a walk in while I bank some time on Biggest Loser!
Lunch should be interesting – its a shrimp/grape salad with a dressing I made out of grapes, red wine vinegar, garlic, olive oil and dijon mustard! Morning break is over – see you at lunch!
