My co-worker and I went down to do Day 24 of 30 day shred.  We did level 3, but half way through, both of us realized we were sweating buckets!  It wasn’t until we finished that we realized the heat was on the whole time!  It did feel good though! 😀

Then after shred I did 10 minutes of sprinting/jogging.  Yeah, that’s right I said sprinting!  I only did 7.0 mph (even tried to get up to 10.0 mph like on Biggest Loser – that lasted all of 10 seconds!) so I would sprint one minute at 7.0, then jog two minutes at 5.0 and did that for 10 minutes – yahoo!

I know its only been just over three weeks, but my friend and I both noticed that we feel stronger and we only use 2 pound weights!   Next Friday will be my first weigh in and my measurements taken – we’ll see if I’ve gotten any results with this hard work! 

Lunch was delicious:  a flatout wrap with lean roast beef, horseradish cheddar cheese that I grilled in 1/2 tsp. of smart balance oil, two big carrots dipped in 2 tablespoons of my avocado salsa, and 1/4 cup cottage cheese for added protein:

Tonight is my firm’s first company softball game of the season!  We usually suck, but its a lot of fun.  I am bummed because I thought next week was our first game, and Hannah has to work tonight – she’s been playing on my company team since she was 14 (even though its an adult league 😀 ).  She’s even been to the batting cages three times to prep for the season!

My afternood break is over – only three more work hours!!
