Tony wasn’t hungry this morning, but I sure was!  We slept in late today too, which I love.  I did get up to see Hannah before she went to work, but as soon as she left I jumped right back into bed!

After a busy weekend last week, I am looking forward to nothing planned – except for my grand-nephews soccer game later today.  Then its the usual, cleaning, mopping, laundry – the normal Saturday chores!

I just got the new Cooking Light so I am looking forward to picking some recipes out of there for this weeks menu.  All I know for sure is that we are going to have ribs tomorrow – I’ve had a jones for ribs all week!

Dyln has really cool recipes and awesome photography.  I think I am going to make her stuffed mushrooms for my hubby!

Laura made these incredible potato yeast donuts that just scream to be made!

Recipes I Saw During the Week that I Want to Try:

MaryBeth made deep fried white asparagus with panko bread crumbs – they look just like Friday’s fried green beans!

Cory made a beautiful Thai Vegetable Salad – you also need to check out his Crab Rangoon – even though they didn’t turn out as he hoped, they look incredible!

Pam made a delicious looking Kung Pao Chicken – the best part is that its not breaded!

And while I don’t usually have a sweet tooth, Judy’s peanut chocolate cookies look amazing!

And last, but not least, is Christina’s savory bread pudding – great way to use up the Easter leftovers too!

Okay, off to start my cleaning – and I have to squeeze in Day 18 of 30 day shred!  Yahoo!
