I have to credit Kath for the mocktail idea. Hannah actually spotted this when we were shopping at Walmart – its a low carb, sugar free Ruby Red Grapefruit Drink! So I had this mocktail last night while watching t.v.
When I looked at the weather report last night it said today would be clear, with highs in the low 50’s. Well, this morning when I got up it was 35, drizzling and windy – definitely didn’t feel like spring this morning!
But I had already decided I was going to take Ed for a walk so we went on a brisk 20 minute walk this morning to the river and back and around the block.
So breakfast was easy this morning, the last of the ham bread pudding from yesterday!
I still have to finish reading all of your wonderful comments to my “manifesto” yesterday – I am truly overwhelmed with your support and with it, I know I can accomplish anything!
Morning break is over – see you at lunch for Asian Noodle Stir Fry with Veggies and Tofu!
beautiful picture! the rain finally stopped here – for now 🙂
I’ve never had any form of bread pudding but it sounds seriously good! Love walks by the water!
That bread pudding looks so cozy and good! I wish I lived near water. I love the picture of the river. 🙂
Have a great weekend!
Look how calm that river is!
And great idea for a mocktail!
Oh wow, the river is amazing!!!
Aww that’s so nice that you can walk right along the river like that.
Your cheese biscuits look sooo good. How many does the recipe make?
Oops! Forgot to mention that! It makes ten 2 ounce biscuits. Thanks for the reminder!
oh what a beautiful morning walk with Ed!
